Their ‘breakthrough’ weighting technology provides unrivalled distance and forgiveness, boasting that it is Cobra’s most advanced range to date! RADSPEED DRIVERS
There are three distinct models of Drivers in Cobra’s RADSPEED range – RADSPEED, RADSPEED XB and RADSPEED XD. Each of these Drivers have a different aim, but as a family, they have similarities. Each of the three models come with Cobra’s MyFly adjustable system. This is a bit of technology that enables golfers to increase or decrease loft by up to 1.5 degrees. All of the three driver models have reduced the weight through the use of a titanium T-bar chassis and through the use of a thinner carbon-fibre crown.

The RADSPEED Driver focuses on pure distance and speed. It features a traditional 460cc head and according to Cobra, this Driver is ideal if you are looking for increased distance. RADSPEED delivers the fastest ball speeds, combined with the lowest spin rates, in order to create a club that takes your distance to a whole new level. Cobra has used Radial Weight in their new range. The RADSPEED Driver features 32g of front radial weight, placed closely behind the face of the club, with another 14g of radial weight at the back. This ensures vertical impact stability and a degree of playability, and this has not always been the case with low-spin driver models, making this one of the most advanced drivers to date.
The RADSPEED XD Driver is more ideal for those golfers who are looking to help correct a slice of the ball once struck. To do so, Cobra has split the weight between three areas. They have put 10g of weight in the heel, 18g at the back and 8g at the front. The 10g of weight n the heel reduces distance robbing sidespin. The distribution of the weights also maximises the stability of the club.
The RADSPEED XB Driver has the aim of creating more forgiveness when striking the ball. Cobra has described this Driver as the most forgiving driver on the market in 2021. To achieve maximum forgiveness and efficiency, the RADSPEED XB combines a wide head and rear-biased weighting with the weight set up. This provides the golfer with extra dynamic lofting once the ball is struck, therefore creating a higher launch, a little extra backspin, and then the main component – more forgiveness.
RADSPEED FAIRWAYS
The Cobra King RADSPEED Fairway Woods, similarly to the Drivers, come in three different families – RADSPEED, RADSPEED Draw and RADSPEED Big Tour and Tour. Cobra have, again, used the Radial Weighting System within all of these fairways. The Fairway woods also free up weight through the use of a thinner carbon crown, and this weight can then be repositioned to created increased ball speeds and enhanced forgiveness. And for the first time ever, the CNC Milled Infinity Face has been used within these Clubs, combined with Cobras Baffler Hollow Split Rails, and this increases ball speeds while still providing outstanding turf interaction.
The RADSPEED Fairway Wood is built to generate a high launch with a low spin, as well as enhanced forgiveness. To do this, Cobra has stacked 16g of weight at the front of the club, with an extra 7g at the back of the club.
The RADSPEED Big Tour and Tour Fairways are very similar, the Tour Fairway is just more compact, to aid workability. Whereas, the Big Tour Fairway has a slightly larger head, with a stronger loft setting. Cobra say that the Big Tour Fairway is the fastest and lowest spinning out of all Fairway models.
The RADSPEED Draw Fairway is built to give the best slice correction. It is designed with a shallowed face, that creates a medium-to-high ball flight, with enhanced forgiveness.
RADSPEED HYBRIDS
The Cobra King RADSPEED Hybrid Golf Clubs come in both standard and One Length, as shown above. The only difference is that the One Length Hybrid is built with a shorter set up in order to be played with the One Length Irons. Again, Cobra has utilised their Radial Weighting Technology to produce some of the est performing Golf Hybrid clubs available. The RADSPEED Hybrids feature a forged, highly durable steel face insert, and this combines with the Hollow Split Rails. A lower Centre of Gravity is then created, creating more distance with a higher launch. A highly versatile Golf Club.
RADSPEED IRONS
‘RADIAL WEIGHTING FOR RADICAL DISTANCE’
The Cobra King RADSPEED Golf Irons are ‘Built for Speed’. The RADSPEED Iron, of course, also utilise Cobra’s Radial Weighting Technology. This has been featured to deliver the perfect balance of ultra low spin, radical ball speed as well as extremely enhanced forgiveness. The Irons are available in Variable and One Length Models and then the Women’s Iron will also be available at release on January 29th 2021. Cobra has managed to create a beautiful looking, mid handicap Iron that improves forgiveness. It is an outstanding Golf Iron and will help take your game to a whole new level.
The Radial Weighting Technology is the strategic placing of weight in the Golf Iron. The weight is strategically placed, relative to the Centre of Gravity, and it is done to enhance forgiveness, optimise speed and improve flight direction. Cobra has unlocked faster ball speeds with high forgiveness by increasing the distance between the heel and toe weighting.
In the RADSPEED Golf Irons, the first 3D Printed Medallion is featured. The 3D printed nylon medallion features a lightweight and intricate lattice structure. This saves weight and damps vibrations, giving you an excellent feel when out on the golf course.
