THE GOLF COURSE
– Winged Foot Golf Club, Mamaroneck, New York
The Winged Foot Golf Club West course is rated in the top 10 courses in the U.Sand its last major championship saw Geoff Oglivy crowned winner of U.S Open in 2006. Winged Foot is renowned for the course difficulty and of all the US Open course to host multiple Champonships, Winged Foot has yielded the highest scoring average, at 75.45. Playing on this golf course is a thorough test of skill. The golf course is going to be hard. It depends on how difficult they want to set up these pins, give us a chance at it. But with the forecast, it’s going to be difficult no matter what.

Our PGA tour professionals will need precision and composure if they want to be crowned Champion this Sunday. With that, let’s take a look at the favourites to win this year…
– FAVOURITES TO WIN
Below are all the favourites to win the U.S. Open, their odds, and why they are a favourite to win! Find all the gear they use to become a pro yourself!
Dustin Johnson is on VERY hot form. In his past four events he has two wins and two runners-up. He claimed the FedEx Cup just over a week ago, making him the man to beat at the U.S. Open. DJ’s odds come in at 16-1, making him the most likely to take that trophy home. Do you think anyone can compete with DJ?
Jon Rahm is playing as well as anyone. He has matured as a golfer in areas you need to for the lengthy four-day major Championship. Jon is second favourite to win, with his odds coming in at 20-1.
Xander Schauffele is also one of the top picks to win the Major. He has put in several top performances in previous majors, and is still yet to win one. He is bound to win one very soon. Xander’s odds come in at 22-1.
The former World #1 and four time major champion comes in with 25-1 odds. He has been playing some very good golf lately, but is without a Major Championship win in six years, which places him at a disadvantage.
Justin Thomas is an extremely consistent player, especially when it comes to length and accuracy. And with Winged Foot being an extremely challenging Golf Course, consistency will be the key to winning this Major Tournament. Justin’s odds come in at 25-1.
Collin Morikawa won the last major at THC Harding Park. He always plays with control, and these will be crucial to success. At just 23 years old, this rookie has achieved so much and we look forward to more. Collin’s odds come in at 28-1.
