What is C-Knit?

C-Knit is Galvin Green’s new technology featured in their popular GORE-TEX waterproof Jackets & Trousers. The new fabric uses a three-layer structure to include a C-Knit Backer designed to slide and glide across garments worn underneath your waterproof jacket.

Where does if come from?

C-Knit has been in the woodwork for the past 6 years, with developers working hard over in Japan to introduce this great idea to the golfing world. C-Knit takes the feel and comfort of a Galvin Green jacket to a whole new level and is more durable the any previous designs.

The new technology was first seen in team Europe’s defeat to the USA in September 2016. Darren Clarke’s players and vice captains had the revolutionary Japanese-made fabric in their bags for the week and were featured each day with many opting to wear the jackets in the early morning foursomes and four balls.
